How are your prices so low?
Our company mission is to increase the healthy lifespan of as many people as possible. Overcharging for our products would mean that fewer people afford them, and we do not want that.
Are your products suitable for vegans?

Are your products manufactured to GMP standards?
Yes, we are fully GMP compliant. Our stringent quality standards are what allow us to provide the Do Not Age Quality Guarantee.
What is the Do Not Age Quality Guarantee?
The Do Not Age Quality Guarantee means that your product quality is guaranteed, no matter where you live in the world. Our extensive quality control measures are what allow us to guarantee this, but the reason we provide it is different. We are only interested in achieving our mission of extending the healthy lifespan of as many people as possible. In order to achieve this, everything we provide must be of the highest quality. We are proud to have raised the bar in so many ways for quality standards in the industry, and we will continue to do so.
What should I do if I am getting an error or fail when I pay with my credit/debit card?

Why don't you do anything about the hundreds of companies copying your products?
There are many reasons that we don’t chase these companies. One of the biggest is that we don’t have enough time to chase them, report them and then follow through to get anything done about it. As soon as we shut one down, another will pop up. The industry is filled with people trying to make a quick buck and they will use any means to get it, including using our product names and likeness. They do this because most consumers buy from brands they trust, so what’s easier than building their own trust? Stealing ours. Are there any changes after Brexit?
We now send all EU orders on express delivery from our base within the EU Customs Union. All other areas remain unchanged and benefit from our swift worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Recent customs changes mean we no longer ship to Mexico or Chile. People in those countries can use a USA forwarding address which seems to work well for many Do Not Age members.
Please note that for EU orders we ship from our base within the EU Customs Union, this means that you do not pay any taxes or fees.
How much does shipping cost?
That depends on your location but is calculated for you at checkout. Free shipping is available when you invest a certain amount into your longevity products.
How quickly will you despatch my order?
We always aim to despatch our orders as quickly as possible, but it is usually within 48 hours. However, our focus is your health, which means quality will always take precedence over speed.
Why did I receive extra capsules?
As always, we over-deliver to provide you with even more value, but this also covers mishaps. Mistakes are rare, but when they do happen it is easier for us to have already given you additional product, rather than have to send another item.

We will try our best to accommodate any changes required, however, please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed.
